One of the oldest vineyards in the region, it was documented during the reign of Louis Xlll.   Located in Cote D'Or, Burgundy, Jeans' farm has a southern exposure, where nine acres are planted. Being made up of six separate parcels of varied soils and vines up to 60 years old, lend a dynamic base for Jeans complex wines.  His objective is to find the flavors of the soils in his wines.  By growing with respect for the soil Jean practices organic farming, even though, at this point, he not certified, the taste of his wine and his commitment to the health of the environment helped make the decision to bring this lovely wine to you.
