A rich structured fruity nose, brimming with tannins to control its woody finish. It has a black currant / orange bouquet and color.  Serve at room temperature with tomato sauces and your favorite red meat.

VinificationThis wine in macerated for 2-3 weeks until the tannins are present and the juice is to Michel's liking. Fermented in cement vats and thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, these wines are then aged in oak barrel for 12-14 months.
