This bold wine has many hidden and diverse layers to it. It is dark, almost maroon, in color and fruity on the nose, with  highlights and hints of vanilla and rich spice.  Its’ tannic and acid support will enable it to age well. It will keep up 8 years; perhaps longer.  Delicious with all meats.  Serve at room temperature.
