Rivesaltes Ambré

This amber jewel shines golden in the sun. It is spicy, full of apricot on nose, both rich and smooth on the palate and full of a cherry essence; is followed with a clean finish. This wine is delicious with spicy dishes, rich seafood, chocolate and fruit. Serve Cold.

Soil	Red clay with quarts and stone mixed in.

Yield
Vinification	Fermentation is done in stainless vats and oak barrels are used for aging. Fermentation is ended with the infusion of “Vin Doux Naturel”, an alcohol made from the previous years harvest, leaving many sugars in the wine at bottling.
